Elevate your holiday table with Zesty Habanero Cranberry Sauce, a bold twist on the classic side dish. Vibrant cranberries and the subtle sweetness of blood orange meet the fiery kick of Cloud23 Hot Habanero Hot Sauce, creating a perfectly balanced blend of tart, sweet, and spicy. Whether served warm or chilled, this sauce adds an unexpected depth of flavor to roasted turkey, glazed ham, or even a simple cheese platter.

Ingredients
1 blood orange, skin scrubbed clean
1 12oz bag of cranberries, rinsed
¾ cup water
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Cloud23 Hot Habanero Hot Sauce
½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Zest the blood orange until you have accumulated 1 tsp of zest and set aside. Slice and juice the orange, and also set aside. If you want a sweeter, more complex flavor in your cranberry sauce, pan sear the orange cut into halves before juicing.
Preheat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the cranberries, water, orange juice, and brown sugar to the pan. Bring to a simmer, then reduce to low heat. Cook for about 15 minutes.
When most of the liquid has evaporated, stir in the orange zest, vanilla, and Cloud23 Hot Habanero Hot Sauce. Serve warm or chilled and enjoy.
