These Sweet Heat Pineapple Shrimp Tacos are all about bright, punchy flavor layered into every bite. - 1 small pineapple, diced
- 1 tsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce
- 1 green onion, sliced
- ¼ tsp salt

- ¼ cup mayo
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce
- ½ head green cabbage, chopped

- 2 tbsp butter, separated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ pounds shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
1 tbsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce

- Warm tortillas - two per taco
- Mashed avocado
- Cotija cheese
- Crema
- Cilantro
- Additional Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce
Directions
Make the spicy pineapple salsa. Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss until combined. Set aside.
Make the spicy cabbage slaw. Add the mayo, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce to a bowl and whisk until combined. Add the cabbage and toss until evenly coated.
Make the spicy shrimp. Preheat a saute pan to medium heat and add 1 tbsp of butter. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, and then add the shrimp. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, then add the hot sauce and additional 1 tbsp butter. Cook for one more minute, stirring to coat the shrimp.
Assemble the tacos with the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
