These Spicy Stuffed Jalapeños are the perfect blend of spicy, creamy, and smoky, making them an irresistible appetizer for any gathering. Each jalapeño half is loaded with a creamy mixture of sharp cheddar and tangy cream cheese, with a touch of Sweet Jalapeño for a balanced kick of heat. Wrapped in bacon and baked until golden and crispy, these stuffed jalapeños offer a delightful combination of flavors and textures in every bite. Serve them warm, topped with fresh chives, and add a side of extra Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce for dipping.

Spicy Stuffed Jalapeños

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce, plus more for dipping

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 10 jalapeños, cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed

  • 10 slices of bacon, cut in half lengthwise

  • Fresh chives, minced, for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, use a rubber spatula to mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce until well combined.

  3. Going one by one, fill each half jalapeño with the cheese and hot sauce mixture and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake for about 25 minutes, until bacon is done. Let cool until safe to handle, then top with fresh chives and serve with some additional Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce on the side for dipping.
