It’s the perfect balance of crispy bacon, melted Havarti cheese, and runny eggs, all nestled on your favorite bagel and elevated with a kick of heat. Whether you’re prepping for a busy day or craving something bold and savory, this quick and flavorful breakfast is sure to hit the spot.
Ingredients

Everything bagel, or your favorite bagel, sliced in half and toasted

3-4 pieces of bacon

1 tbsp Cloud23 Hot Habanero Hot Sauce, plus more for topping & dipping

1 tbsp salted butter

2 eggs
-
2 slices havarti cheese
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp fresh chives, minced
Directions
Preheat a cast iron or sauté pan to medium heat. Cook your bacon to your desired level of crispiness. When the bacon is just about done (with a minute or so left), drizzle over the Cloud23 Hot Habanero Hot Sauce, making sure to coat each piece. Remove from heat and place on a plate lined with paper towels.
Clean out your pan and preheat again to medium heat. Add the butter. When melted, add the two eggs and cook sunny side up. When just about set flip and place each slice of cheese on each egg. Cover and turn the heat to low. Cook for another minute or two until the cheese is melted.
Assemble your BEC. Place the two eggs on your bagel, top with bacon, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chive, and finish with another drizzle of Cloud23 Hot Habanero Hot Sauce. Enjoy!
